Hello Everyone,
I am so excited to be working in Dime Box ISD again this year. I will be on campus Tuesday and Wednesday. I live in Lexington and have 3 grown children, 2 grandsons and a granddaughter. I graduated from the University of Texas in Austin and earned my Master’s from Prairie View A & M University. I live 3 miles down a dirt road and we have great danes and Brahman cattle.
I love meeting new people and working with children of all ages. My favorite thing to do is be with my friends and games with lots of laughter. My grandchildren are my pride and joy, Brayden loves to fish, play video games, football, golf, and just hang out with family. Olivia loves her stuffed animals and baby dolls; she never leaves home without them, especially “puppy dog”. Mateo is always on the run and getting into everything. He is full of energy and loves any kind of farm equipment.
I love Mexican food, chips and dips, chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with cream gravy. I love Reese's peanut butter cups, caramel chocolates, and peppermint bark.
I am the 504 Coordinator this year and will continue to do all of the counseling.
I am looking forward to working with each of you and want you to know I am here for you if you need anything.
Hook em,
Mrs. Cathy Brown
Dime Box Counselor
